BKJD MILLETS AND FOOD PRODUCTS PVT LTD
Once the order is placed by making an online payment, BKJD Millets and Food Products PVT LTD shall do its best to dispatch in 24 hours. However, if the order must be cancelled then it must be done within 12 hours from the time of placing the order.
If you fail to cancel within 12 hours, or if the product is already dispatched from our warehouse, then cancellation will not be accepted.
If any damages by the courier company, please communicate with the Courier Company, and should you need any assistance, BKJD will do the utmost possible.
Any damages by the third party as Courier and logistics companies are uncontrollable. We shall do our best, but no refunds and shipment returns can be accepted. All shipments are rechecked before being dispatched. To cancel your order, email us at email: empoweredmillets@gmail.com.
If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled the amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to get the amount in your account, this may depend on the payment platform.
